Quincy, hailing from New Orleans, embarked on his boxing journey at 16 and quickly rose through the ranks with an impressive amateur career. Now a seasoned professional, he has competed in over 20 bouts, captivating audiences on national and international stages. His matches, broadcasted worldwide on ESPN, have taken him to legendary venues like the MGM Grand and Madison Square Garden. Quincy’s unwavering dedication and passion for boxing continue to inspire fans and solidify his status as a formidable force in the sport.

Felix embarked on his boxing journey in 1995 in Nicaragua, swiftly advancing from amateur to professional. After training in Las Vegas following Hurricane Katrina, he paused his boxing career to focus on coaching. Felix found fulfillment in mentoring young fighters, guiding many from amateur to professional levels. His contributions to the sport were honored in 2017 with his induction into the USA Boxing Hall of Fame of the Southern Association. As a co-founder and owner of Downtown Boxing Club, Felix remains dedicated to nurturing the next generation of fighters, making a significant impact on the boxing community.

Coach Stacie, a University of Florida graduate in Emergency Management, is a Certified USA Boxing Coach, Judge/Referee, and Safe Sport certified. At Downtown Boxing Club, she leads the amateur team, guiding athletes in competitions. Her technical expertise, motivational coaching, and ability to connect with boxers of all ages make her an invaluable leader.

Mexican native Luis Romero is a seasoned boxer with 8 years of combined experience in boxing and MMA. Known for his grit and tenacity, Coach Luis stands out for his supportive personality. He excels in relating to all skill levels, from beginners finding their way to elite athletes perfecting their craft. Outside the gym, you can find him running on the beach, fishing, or playing pool.
rick williams
Instructor
Coach Rick, originally from Louisville, Kentucky, began his boxing journey at 15 under former WBA Heavyweight Champion Greg Page. With a successful amateur career, he transitioned to coaching and has led various programs over the years. Now in Panama City Beach, Florida, he coaches at Downtown Boxing Club, working with young boxers and assisting adult classes. Active in powerlifting and holding a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Coach Rick is dedicated to the sport and its community.
