Here’s What You Need to Know.

  • Not at all. Most of our members start with zero boxing background. Our coaches will walk you through the basics and give modifications so you feel comfortable from day one.

  • Hand wraps (we recommend 180 inch), gloves, and a water bottle. If you don’t have gloves yet, we’ve got loaners you can use – and gear available for purchase at the gym.

  • We’re excited to have you! We ask that all first-time participants arrive 15 minutes prior to class to welcome you in and get you ready to roll. Expect to have a great workout, a great time and hang out with some great people!

  • Most classes are 45–60 minutes. You’ll warm up, condition, practice technique, and finish strong with bag or mitt work.

  • Only if you want to! Most people come for the workout, the skill-building, and the community. If you’re interested in sparring or competing, our coaches can guide you there when you’re ready.

  • Yes! Our Young Boxer Program is open to ages 9–15, with age-appropriate classes and coaching designed to teach discipline, hard work, and respect. It’s great for those who are already athletes looking to cross-train, or those who need to put their energy into something fun!

  • Not at all – Our classes are for all levels, and we’ll meet you where you are. Every workout can be adjusted to your fitness level.

  • Yes! One-on-one sessions are available with discounted packages and couples sessions also offered.

  • Athletic clothes you can move and sweat in, plus supportive sneakers. Be prepared to sweat!

  • Yes! Everyone trains together. Boxing is for every age, every body, and every background.

  • Jump rope is part of most warm-ups, but don’t worry — if you’re new, we’ll teach you the basics and help you build up. If you are physically unable to do this, you’re welcome to use our cardio conditioning equipment during that time!

  • For our group classes, we recommend reserving your spot online to guarantee your place. Private lessons require a reservation.

  • Family-like and welcoming, but with enough grit to keep it real. You’ll get cheered on, pushed forward, and supported every step of the way.

  • Yes! We host private rentals for birthdays, team-building, fundraisers, and more. Check out our Events page for details.

  • All classes are mixed-level, with modifications for beginners. You’ll never be left behind! We meet you where you’re at.

  • It’s simple! Pick a class from our schedule, reserve your spot online, and show up ready to train.
